September 8-9, 2012. Following on the success of the 3rd U.S. Spiritist Medical Congress (US-SMC), the 4th US-SMC was held once more in Washington, DC, at the Jack Morton Auditorium.

Health of the Soul was inspired by the Brazilian Spiritist Medical Association magazine "Saúde da Alma" (Health of the Soul), and created with the support of the International Spiritist Medical Association.
